Team Technoprint: Account Manager Karen Noden

In this edition of our Focus series we turn to Karen Noden – Key Account Manager.

Karen is the ‘Team Technoprint’ member you are mostly likely to already know. She prepares all our pricing, procures our paper and cares for our customers. Karen’s been in the print business for 23 years – yes, since she was 6, and has been at Technoprint for 20 years next month (note to Alan!). Karen joined Technoprint in 1995 so, as you can imagine, has seen a great deal of change during her career. She has been instrumental in Technoprint’s growth and evolution. Her detailed knowledge of the company and customer insight ensures all enquiries can be dealt with quickly and accurately. When Karen’s not busy running the place, she loves spending time with her nieces and nephews – something their parents love as well! Karen is a bit of a sports fan, and especially loves to watch football. She supports Manchester United but please don’t let that put you off her! Karen has never once declined a warm beverage, drinking between 89 and 130 cups of tea or coffee each day. We are all extra nice to her in the office as Karen has just qualified as our emergency first-aider – plus as she buys the biscuits.
