Team Technoprint: Let us introduce to you, Martin

Team Technoprint currently consists of over 25 members of staff.  Each and every person has a special role to play within the organisation.  Team work is key to our success.  With this in mind, we would like to introduce to you all, a member of staff each month…

Martin Mc Gowen

Martin is one of Technoprint’s longest serving employees who joined the company in 2005 as Finishing Manager. He has an amazing 33 year’s experience within the industry.

Martin is an integral member of our folding department who is responsible for ensuring our products are folded and packaged to an extremely high standard to meet our customers’ needs and expectations. Martin has some of the fastest make ready times on site and particularly excels on the very complex folds. He is involved in many of our project teams which purpose is to identify efficiencies to keep our company moving forward. 

Martin says the best part of working at Technoprint are the people as everyone shares the same commitment and great work ethic.  As one of our senior members of the production team, he is instrumental in providing training and support to our apprentices and newer members of staff.  As a Technoprint veteran, he has many years of experience and a wealth of knowledge and as such, Martin is very much one of our “go to” people.

Martin is a family man and is an active member of his community who works tirelessly to raise much needed funds to help and support the homeless.  His interests include visiting museums and enjoys supporting his favourite football team, Manchester United.  Martin attended the Cheshire Business Awards in October with his fellow colleagues and felt proud to receive the winning award for Corporate Social Responsibility. He looks forward too many more years with Technoprint and seeing the company go from strength to strength.
